This will ensure that future photos taken with the camera will be taken in JPEG format instead of HEIC (which CognitoForms can’t accept). This means you’ll have to retake the photographs to get them tobe in the new format.

1. Open the Settings App

2. Navigate to > Camera> Formats

3. Once there, please select “Most Compatible”
