How to Email Site Audits from Outlookinstead of iCloud Mail:

1.   From the Projects screen, tap the Project you wish to share to go toits Summary screen.      

2.    Tap "Share Report" to generate and preview your report.

3.    Tap the icon in the far top right of the screen to show the export options.

4.    Tap "Open with..." to see all the available apps you can use.

From this screen, you should be able to tap “Outlook”.

If Outlook isn't listed there, swipe to the left until you see "More" at the end of the row of apps. You'll be able to set it to appear in the listby tapping on the switch next to it. You can also change the order of the apps displayed on this screen.
