Adding information to Assets

Title and Description

                  Adding Actions to Assets in Asset Panda.

                Steps to add Repairs/Maintenance/Notes to assets in Asset Panda on the phone app or web access.

Responsible Department / Personnel

·                 All users of Asset Panda.

 

Completion Time and Frequency

·                 As needed.

 

Process

On your mobile phone

·                 Open Asset Panda.

·                 Select Asset from the menu on the left – Assets, Branch, Fleet

·                 Type Asset/Serial/Truck/Tag or VIN number

·                 Select from the list.

·                 Click on the red circle with three dots on the bottom right.

·                 Select Action (in this example repairs)

·                 Type the requested information.

·             If you need to add an attachment, click on the red circle with three dots on the bottom right of the screen and select images.

▪      Click on the red plus to add photo from your library or take a photo

▪      Click on the back arrow on the top left.

▪      Ensure all information is entered.

▪      Click Save on top right of screen.


 

 

 

 

 
 


 


 

 

 

 

On your computer

·               Go to https://login.assetpanda.com/users/sign_in

·               Sign in with credentials.

·               Select asset type from tab Assets,Branch, Employees etc.

·               Search by asset/serial/VIN/Truck numberTAG etc.

·               Select asset from list.

·            Choose the action you will perform on the dropdown “Action” tab on the top right corner of the page.

▪      Repairs

▪      Log Maintenance

▪      Notes

▪      Etc.

·               Fill in all the requested information.

·               Click on “Add new file” to add multiple files.

·               Click on “Choose file” to add attachment.

·               Click save and close.
