Workforce needs expressed through the “Manpower Needs Form" are advertised on the appropriate hiring platform. The Workforce Development department receives and reviews resumes/applications. Selected candidates are texted a message with a link to a candidate information form labeled “Getting to Know You.”

Forms are reviewed and then forwarded to the following recipients in the branch to schedule interviews:
  • Branch Manager
  • Branch Administrator.

It is the responsibility of the branch-level operations to complete the following:
  • Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews.
  • Conduct all necessary pre-employment screening.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of all new employees.
  • Facilitate the driver approval process if applicable.
  • Notify Workforce Development of which candidates are interviewed, hired, and not hired. If not hired, a lawful reason is to be given.

Exceptions to the above are as follows:
  • TC interviews, background screening, and interviews will be conducted by the Workforce Development and Recruiting Teams.
  • Migrant and non-migrant visa program participants will be vetted and interviewed by the Workforce Development team- onboarding will be a branch-level responsibility.
  • Other noteworthy initiatives may fall under exceptions to the above process.
