Job Handoff Meeting Agenda

  • View Job File Setup in Dropbox showing where the documents reside
  • Go through drawings w/ takeoffs that match our contracted proposal
  • Go through proposal(s)
  • Go through Cost Detail w/ Man Hours by Phase
  • Go through estimate pivot table by phase
  • Go through hard quotes and/ or quote reports used to generate estimate
  • Go through specifications (If Applicable)

Estimating

  • An estimator will lead the meeting. 
  • Please come with 2 hard copies of the filesabove for operations to keep and make notes on. 
  • Also, please have the job file set up with alldocumentation. Be prepared to present these files on screen. 
  • Note: It will be helpful to haveone estimating presenter and one estimator with B2W open on the job able to answer any specific questions or make estimate changes as we go through.

Operations

  • Please make sure all your questions that come up during the meeting are answered before leaving the meeting. If there is something that you need that is not presented or available during the meeting, please make sure to request it. If any changes to estimates are made during the meeting, make sure to receive the updated estimate before setting up the job.
  • You should have the information you need to create the job, do the buyout, and complete the contracted work upon completion of the meeting.
