Access to Send Welcome Email

There are times when a new hire does not receive the Welcome email that provides the steps needed to create their ADP account.  Each Branch Administrator has access to have another email sent to the new hire and hopefully, this access will help with a quick resolution when this issue arises.

 

In the event that a new hire does not get the Welcome Email, please follow the steps below to have another email sent.  These instructions are also on page 5 & 6 of the ADP Hiring SOP and the SOP is in the HR Shared Resources folder in the subfolder named Procedures (SOP).

 

Steps to take if new hire does not receive Welcome email:

*If Candidate says he/she did not receive the email above, follow the steps below to re-send.”

  • Once logged in to ADP; Go to Setup > Security > User Registration Management > under Registration Rollout > Click Begin rollout.
  • On the next page> Click Start
  • On the next page > click “A Personal Registration Code”. Click Next
  • On the next page, ADP Welcome Letter & ADP Prehire Welcome Letter templates will be checked. Click Next
  • On the Prehire tab, find the candidate’s name. Check the box next to his/her name. Click Next
  • On the next page, click Roll Out.
