There is a new way to add contacts from our Microsoft Global address list, and it lives right in the Outlook app for the iPhone. There is a short initial setup process, and once that is complete it becomes easy to find fellow employees phone numbers and call them or add their contact right from the Outlook app. Follow along with the provided video or written instructions with screenshots below.

Initial Setup Process

This initial setup process allows you to add contacts from the Global Address List to your iPhones Contacts app

  • Open the Outlook App, and navigate to your inbox
  • Tap your Profile icon in the top left corner

  • Tap the settings gear in the bottom left corner

  • Tap Contacts under "General”

  • Then tap Save Contacts

  • Then tap Save to my iPhone

Now, if you go back to the Contacts app, any Outlook contacts should appear right alongside any local contacts you have on your phone.
