                            Security System Down

Guide for when facility security systems are down.

Responsible Department or Person

·                 Shop Department - Fleet Manager/Fleet Service Administrator

·                 Loss Prevention Administrator

·                 Branch Manager

Completion time and frequency

·                 When systems go down.

Process

·             Contact your security system company. If you do not know your security system company, call the Shop/Loss Prevention Department to obtain that information.

·                 Contact the Shop/Loss Prevention Department to advise of the down system.

·             If the security system is still down at the end of the day, contact your Regional Manager.

o    A decision needs to be made if a guard will need to be hired while the system is down after hours.

·                 Once the system is restored, contact the Shop/Loss Prevention Department to advise.

·             Shop/Loss Prevention department will log outage/restore in Asset Panda under the branch associated with the outage.
