Transferring devices between employees

Before transferring a company phone from one employee to another employee, the phone will need to be wiped by the IT team. 

 

Steps to take:

  1. Complete the Employee Equipment Request Form, checking the “Request Equipment Transfer” box at the end of the first page.
  2. IT receives the request, remotely wipes the phone, and sends setup instructions (it only takes a few minutes) back to the requesting manager.
  3. Once the setup steps are completed, the requesting manager notifies IT that the setup is complete.
  4. Phone can then be provided to new employee.
