This is a guideline to help you navigate the mandate to pull an MVR each year.

The expiration date for the MVR is one year from the effective date of their DOT card or DTR test.

Also, for those on the spreadsheet who do not have a “Y” in column D, please update.  Click on the pencil beside DOT or DTR, whichever applies, click on “Additional Information” and answer “yes” to the question, “ Can Operate Company Vehicle?

Below is an example of how to add MVR code:

  • Search employee’s name
  • Click on the Talent tab
  • Click on the “plus” sign

  • Under License/Certification, type MVR

  • Enter the expiration date one year from the effective date of DOT or DTR.

  • Click DONE
