Vendor Process:
If you have a new vendor that you would like to have setup, please email all the required documents to vendors@russelllandscape.com. Please note that this is an internal email address, so anyone outside of Russell Landscape cannot send to this email. There are two different types of vendors (supplier and subcontractor). A supplier is only providing you with materials. A subcontractor is physically performing work on our job site.
Required Documents
- Supplier vendor – W-9
- Subcontractor vendor – W-9, COI, and a completed subcontractor agreement (blank agreement attached)
